The Law increases the State Budget expenditures for the budget-funded program "medical treatment of the citizens of Ukraine abroad" (code 2301360) by UAH 15 million. The funds shall be allocated for the bone-marrow transplantation in the sick children and adults on the waiting list in the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine.
Extra expenditures of the State Budget shall be covered by the increased revenue of the excise duty imposed on the import goods.
A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No. 6464.
